1. Acceptance

By creating an account on MSign, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

2. Personal use only

MSign is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may sign IPAs you legally possess for installation on devices you own or are authorized to manage. You may not resell signing services, redistribute signed binaries, or use the platform to host or sign content you do not have rights to.

3. Your account & device

Your account may optionally be linked to a device ID (MDID). This is not required to use the platform.

The web interface already provides full functionality, including one-tap install access, even for guests via the forum. The iOS app is provided only for additional flexibility and convenience (such as managing installs or linking a device), not as a requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Since email is optional, accounts without an email cannot be recovered if access is lost.

4. Certificates

If you upload a P12 certificate or mobileprovision, those credentials are stored encrypted on our servers and used only to sign IPAs you submit. We do not share them with third parties. You may delete them at any time from your account settings, which permanently removes them from our infrastructure.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Sign or distribute malware, surveillance tooling, or content that violates the law
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, fingerprinting, or quota systems
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with MSign's infrastructure
• Use the service to harass, defraud, or harm other users

6. Service availability

MSign is provided as-is. We make no uptime guarantees. We may suspend, throttle, or terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly for abuse, automated scraping, or other activity that degrades the service for everyone.

7. Privacy

We collect minimal data required to operate the service, including your username, password hash, and optional device identifiers if you choose to link one.

We do not store signing logs, activity logs, or historical usage data. Requests are processed in real-time and are not retained after completion.

We do not sell, share, or monetize user data. Any temporary system-level data required for operation is automatically discarded.

No persistent logs are kept. If it’s not required for functionality, it’s not stored.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which will purge your associated data within 7 days. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

9. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced on the website. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
